Marine Electronics was established in 1985, and, while having led the development of various navigational equipment, has supplied educational simulators to the Republic of Korea Navy, Korea Coast Guard, and individual maritime-related academic institutions.
The company developed an Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS), a compulsory ship navigation equipment, with its own technology, and obtained relevant certificates in compliance with international standards and domestic regulations, and has supplied systems to diverse domestic shipping companies. In addition, Marine Electronics has been reborn as a company specializing in R&D and arming with independent core technologies such as VTS and INS.
Marine Electronics will develop an integrated solution for navigation equipment using the company's own ECDIS, making it possible for the company to be reborn as a global leader in the navigation equipment field with the best system for the optimal and safe operation of ships.
